Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing Niagora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is a B2B marketplace designed for professional entities. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
Buyer Role
Buyers are entities or individuals seeking to procure products or goods for business and/or personal uses. Buyers must provide valid contact information and fulfill payment obligations through the Niagora system.
Supplier Role
Suppliers must be verified business entities (PT/CV/Brand Owners and/or Small-Medium Enterprises) are responsible for the accuracy of product listings and lead times.
3. Funds Protection
To ensure a secure B2B environment, Niagora utilizes a proprietary Escrow system:
Payments from Buyers are held securely by Niagora until product is delivered.
Funds are only released to Suppliers after the Buyer confirms receipt of goods in good condition.
Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited and will void all transaction protections, except for delivery/shipping fees which calculated manually by suppliers and/or delivery/shipping providers.
4. RFQ & Custom Quotes
The Request for Quote (RFQ) feature is a binding negotiation process. Once a Supplier accepts a Buyer's target price or a counter-offer is accepted, it creates a formal transaction obligation. Abuse of the RFQ system (e.g., spamming fake quotes) may result in account suspension.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Circumventing the platform to complete transactions externally.
Listing counterfeit products or misrepresenting business credentials.
Engaging in fraudulent activities or identity theft.
6. Limitation of Liability
NIAGORA ACTS AS A FACILITATOR. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE QUALITY OF GOODS PROVIDED BY SUPPLIERS OR ANY LOSSES INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT, BEYOND THE PROTECTIONS PROVIDED BY OUR ESCROW POLICY.
